’Christmas Cheer’ is a festive Bitter. Brewed using three blends of malted barley and wheat to provide a full bodied, copper coloured, biscuity session bitter with a festive twist. Two whole leaf hop varieties are used to provide a good bitter-sweet balance and a subtle spiced fruit aroma, giving way to a lingering chocolate malty finish.
’Festive Porter’ is a Brown Porter. Brewed using five blends of malted barley and wheat to carry a deep brown colour. While two varieties of hop hold a low bitterness level followed by a warming hint of nutmeg, cinnamon & cloves.
'Scrum Five’ has returned for the Rugby World Cup. Its an English Style Best Bitter. Brewed using a pack of 5 types of malted barley and wheat whilst 5 hops bind to provide the bitterness and aroma.
'Lite Sabre’ is a modern twist on an old style known as Mild. Brewed using pale & golden types of malted barley and traditional English hops provides a low bitterness level for this style with a hint of honey and spice.
'King Slaker’ is a Golden Ale. Brewed using a majestic combination of British malts and crowned with El-Dorado, Azacca, Summit, Citra, Mosiac & Ekuanot serving a complex aroma of Pine and Mango.
Our seasonal Scrum Five, a 4.0% Amber Bitter is making a return for the 6 Nations Rugby in February and March. Pint in hand, support your team in a local pub!
